From the very first time we met, working with Brittany and Nick has been an absolute honor and pleasure. I was so proud to meet a new mom and dad who knew just how special this time of their life would be–who despite their own reservations went ahead and just did a maternity session because it really is a unique experience and a time you just don’t get back.

I loved how clear they were with their birth plan, and how calmly they processed every twist and turn of their birth story. My heart filled with awe when after three days of laboring at the hospital, Brittany knew the right way to give birth to her baby was through surgery, and embraced her birth-day with pride and with joy, and the complete support and adoration of her beloved husband. 

And so of course when I arrived for their newborn session a week later I was just a puddle on the floor seeing just how much love had blossomed in that home. The love these two have for their new son only magnifies and strengthens the love they have for each other.  And it doesn’t get more beautiful than that, does it?
